Take time to get away from the world and study God's Word. Meditate on it and let it change you from the inside out.

"Joyful is the person who finds wisdom, the one who gains understanding. For wisdom is more profitable than silver, and her wages are better than gold. Wisdom is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. She offers you LONG LIFE in her right hand, and RICHES and HONOR in her left. She will guide you down delightful paths; all her ways are satisfying. Wisdom is a TREE OF LIFE to those who embrace her; happy are those who hold her tightly."
(Proverbs 3:13-18 NLT) BE ENCOURAGED! > God Wants You Well: Now!
"For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord" (Jeremiah 30:17) God wants you well! He wants you healthy and strong in every single area of your life. He wants you to be spiritually strong. Strong in faith. Strong in the Word. Strong in redemption. Strong in the love of God. He wants you to be well in your mind, to be strong and stable emotionally. He wants you to have a healthy will, a will that's aligned with His will. He wants your body to be well. He wants you free from the bondages of pain, sickness, and care. Free from the worries and woes of this earthly life. Your heavenly Father wants you well! What's more, in this day and hour, He needs you well. He needs you living in victory and healing so that you can teach others how to do it too. We're stepping into a time when that kind of knowledge is an absolute necessity. There's no more time for the Body of Christ to limp along, uninformed and unprepared for the devil's attacks. In fact, here's what the Lord has told me: The further you go, the more dangerous things in the earth will become. People will have to grow in the realities of redemption and the "how to's" of living by faith in order to live in the great, overcoming way I have planned for them. Jesus gave Himself in death so that we could be well. He was raised in life, ever making intercession for us now so that we can be well. And He wants us to be healthy and strong as a witness in these last days to a world that's filled with terror--a witness of His love, His grace, and His power. Receive Jesus' healing power in every area of your life. Start applying it by faith right now. Commit yourself to getting well and growing strong in every area of your life today! Kenneth Copeland KCM "It will be well with me and my days [120 years] shall be multiplied and
prolonged as the days of heaven upon the earth." (Deut. 11:9,21) "You have redeemed me from every sickness and every plague." (Deut. 28:61; Gal. 3:13) "As my days [120 years], so shall my strength be." (Deut. 33:25) BE ENCOURAGED! > Feelings?
What do I do when my mind and my feelings want to rule? I literally say to myself, "Shut up feelings. You don't tell me how to feel, I tell you how to believe!" Feelings change. They sway like the wind. The wise person notices that and instead of getting trapped in the temporary emotion, they instead take what God said they could have and "They calleth those things that be not as though they were" until they are! For instance, they may feel weak but they will choose to obey the Word and say that they are strong (Joel 3:10). Beliefs should not be swayed by the temporary nature of emotion. Why? Because feelings can't be trusted! "By whose stripes you were healed" (1 Peter 2:24) So, when Satan tries to attack my body, I remind myself of what God said and I say, "Excuse me, devil, God will take this sickness away, so I'm not accepting it as mine! Jesus bore my sickness when He hung on the cross, so I'm not accepting it as a fact of life! NO!" I put down the feelings and exchange them for the Word. I don't deny what's happening, I just choose to deny the emotion attached and don't let it wreck my faith in God. I choose to resist and instead, attack with my faith in God's Word. Joseph Prince "In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him];
draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides]." (Ephesians 6:10 AMP) "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might." (KJV) BE ENCOURAGED! > From Tradition to Truth: Is sickness a part of God's plan for you? No!
"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with loving kindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's." (Psalm 103:2-5) Is there actually a divine purpose behind the bad things that happen in your life? Could it be that the sicknesses and calamities you experience are somehow a part of God's plan for you? Before you can ever begin to experience the healing, delivering power of God, you've got to know the answer to those questions. You have to settle them once and for all. If you even suspect that God is the source of your misfortunes, you won't be able to believe Him for deliverance from them. Your faith will be crippled because you'll think that by escaping those things, you'll be opposing His will. In order to receive all the benefits God desires to give you, you must be absolutely sure that He is a good God. You must be certain that His will for you is health, not sickness; prosperity, not poverty; happiness, not sorrow-- 100 percent of the time! Psalm 103 alone is enough to prove that's true. But if it's not enough to convince you, there are many others too. One of the best known verses is Psalm 136:1 that says, "O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever." If religious traditions have robbed you of the goodness of God, if it's taught you He brings trouble into your life so He can teach you something, start today washing those traditions away with the truth. Get out your Bible and let God Himself tell you through His own Word that He is the God that heals you (Exod. 15:26). Dig into the Scriptures and discover for yourself that He is a God of mercy (Ps. 86:5), loving-kindness (Jer. 9:24), and compassion (Ps. 145:8). Put your doubts to rest and open your heart to receive the truth about your heavenly Father. It's the only thing that can truly set you free. Gloria Copeland KCM |
