Hello everyone, I recently watched a sermon by Creflo Dollar titled, Healing by the Blood. I just kept listening to it over and over. Then, I decided to transcribe every word so I could share it with you. Due to the length of the notes, I am having to break them down into several posts. Please check back each day for the next part.

Healing by the Blood (Part 1)
Now, what we understand about the Blood of Jesus is that we’re going to have to release our faith in order to engage the empowerment that will come in our lives through the Blood of the Lamb. There are 4 things we have made very clear, in order for you to benefit or to be empowered by the Blood of Jesus.
To Receive Power From The Blood:
1) Know about the Blood.
2) Believe it. (It’s going to be according to your faith that it is done unto you.)
3) Appropriate it. (In other words, you’ve got to use it everyday. Declare it everyday. You’ve got to take your faith, turn it into a confession and then use it to whip the devil.)
4) Expect a miracle. (You’ve got to expect something is going to happen as a result of your faith being released in the Blood of the Lamb.)
So, you’ve got to know it. You’ve got to believe it. You have to appropriate it. And then you have to expect. Now, another thing we’ve got to understand is that, you know, faith in the Blood of Jesus won’t work until you know the will of God where that is concerned. You’ve got to understand the will of God where this is concerned. I’m telling you, we engage this by faith. And you’re going to see some great things.
It’s one thing to have faith in the Word of God, and that is good and that is necessary. But what I’m trying to do in this series is to re-adjust your faith so you will have faith in the Blood of Jesus, because if it were not for the Blood of Jesus, all of the things you have in the Lord wouldn’t be possible. So, I’m saying, have faith in what the Blood has accomplished.
Faith in the Blood of Jesus is knowing what the Blood has ratified. Faith in the Blood of Jesus is knowing what the Blood has accomplished. So, have faith in the Blood!
For example - you know that by His stripes you are healed. Thank God you have faith that you’re healed. But have faith that the Blood of Jesus has delivered unto you healing! So, faith in the Blood that produced healing is going to really make the difference in your life and this is I think what the enemy has been trying to stop. He was dealt a defeat by Jesus in the Blood. That is an eternal defeat. There is no way he can ever recover from this defeat. But you are going to have to catch this. You’re going to have to catch it to such a point that you are totally convinced that all that the Blood has done, you have a right to and you receive it into your life as a finished issue!
Now, there were 5 major points when you talk about the Blood of Jesus. God’s Blood being released in the atmosphere. The first time we see it being released was when He sweat Blood in the garden. But then there were 5 points on His physical body where the Blood, God’s Blood, the Blood of Jesus was released into this atmosphere.
The Blood Was Released From…
1) Jesus’ back. (The first place was the stripes on His back.)
2) Jesus’ head. (The second place was when the crown of thorns was put on His head.)
3) Jesus’ hands. (The third place was His hands where the Blood was released.)
4) Jesus’ feet. (The fourth place – His feet. The Blood was released.)
5) Jesus’ side. (And the fifth place – His side. The Blood was released.)
The amazing thing about it is that before the Blood was released in these 5 areas, it had already been prophesized that it was going to be released in these areas. Which lets me know that there was a purpose, that it really mattered how the Blood was shed. Because God had already revealed exactly where it was going to be shed. The back (the stripes), the head, the hands, the feet, the side.
