When Light comes – Joy comes. And it goes back to the sowing of the Word into the ground. God's Word
is Light. The entrance of His Word gives Light. When it comes in to you, every time… Joy comes.
But the enemy will be right there. He knows an ACORN is easier to crush than an oak tree. Before it takes
root in you and begins to produce harvest, the devil wants to crush it. He wants to put the Light out before
it ever starts to germinate and develop.
And so, he comes to lie and to deceive and to get you to focus on this and that to the end that you don’t
believe the Light. You decide,
'That’s too good to be true,’ or
‘That doesn’t make sense,’ or
‘That’s not reasonable.’
There’s a passage in Mark 10 that describes this. But before we get there, I’d like to read this verse:
Proverbs 15:30 (King James Version)
“The light of the eyes rejoiceth the heart:
and a good report maketh the bones fat.”
When that Light comes in, it rejoices your heart, EVERY TIME.
Kenneth Copeland
Rejoice is to re-joy. It re-fires the joy.

Yes, and it’s connected to renewal. Though the outward man is getting older, wearing out in some ways,
yet the inward man is re-newed and it says the joy of the Lord is our strength. It is connected to re-joy.
Re-joying and Re-newing. And that comes from the Light.
The Light of they eyes – when you see the Light of Truth it always gives you joy.

excited but then... lost his joy (Mark 10:17).
Have a Blessed day,
