And what you need to do is go to Jesus and say, ’Anything that you showed me that I ignored, I didn’t do
it, I knew to do it but I put it aside. Have mercy on me. Show me again Bring it to my repentance.'
But some people will be praying [with that 4x4 still covering half their face] and saying,
‘What is it? What is it? Whatever it is if you’ll just show me.’
Yet that 4x4 is covering half their head. But you see, if that 4x4 is there for 20 years, you get USED to
this. And it just seems a normal part of life. But if by the grace of God one day you’ll go,
‘Whoa, this [4x4] has been here for 15 years!’
Exactly! That’s why you have been ever learning all that time, kept on trying to find it and trying to get it,
but never able to come to it.

You touched on something important – ‘Lord, have mercy on me.’

The Lord does not want you in condemnation. There’s just death and destruction in it. Mercy because you
don’t deserve it. He SOWED it to you, and you saw it clearly.
Like we said, there’s no way you have a [4x4] beam on your face and NOT know it. There’s a time in your
life you probably went for weeks and months acutely aware of this thing. BUT you kept pushing it back until if
you’re not a doer of the Word, if you don’t walk in the Light of what you know and have, you DECEIVE
yourself.
And so at that point… um, you know the Lord gave that Light to other people and they walked in it. He GAVE
it to you and you treated it like it didn’t matter; it was insignificant. So you need to ask for Mercy:
‘Lord, I should have walked in it. Have mercy on me. Show me again.'
